
Booking Terms and Conditions
By booking with our salon, you are accepting the following policies.
Cancellation policy: We request the courtesy of a cancellation notice at your earliest convenience in order to fill your cancelled time slot. A minimum of 48 hrs is appreciated, this is when our automatic confirmation texts are sent out. If you should cancel within 24hrs a cancellation fee of 25% of the service fee, to cover our losses of income (this includes our staff wages to be waiting for their next client in the event they cannot fill this space on short notice) will be incurred. We respect your time so please respect ours.
Appointment refusal policy: We maintain the right to refuse service because of any health concerns such as lice, skin infections or open wounds. We also reserve the right to refuse service because of safety concerns to anyone under the influence of alcohol or other substances or whom displays aggressive or inappropriate behaviour or comments toward staff or other guests.
Complaint / redo policy: In the unlikely event that you are unfortunately unhappy with your service, we would love to rectify this for you and provide you a service you are happy with if notified within 48 hrs.
Late arrival policy: We understand that sometimes traffic (or life) can hold us up, but due to the time restraints we work with unfortunately if you are late to your appointment it may be treated as a no show. For haircuts we allow a 10 minute grace period and for colour work a 15 minute grace period. Of course if we do not have a booking immediately after and can accomodate your appointment despite your late arrival we will gladly do so.
No-show policy: If you do not show to an appointment without prior warning a 50% booking fee will be charged to cover costs of loss of income to the business. This will also be the case if you turn up late and beyond the grace period of your appointment time.
